Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you access or use Jomo, including the Jomo web app and any connected Jomo system bot on Telegram, Zalo, or Messenger.

By creating an account, connecting a bot, sending a message to Jomo, uploading a file, or otherwise using Jomo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Jomo is provided by Joy One. References to "Jomo", "we", "us", or "our" mean Joy One and the Jomo service we operate.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Jomo. If applicable law requires parental or guardian consent for your use, you must have that consent before using the Service.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your password, devices, bot connection links, and access credentials secure. Activity under your account or connected bot may be treated as activity authorized by you.

Jomo is a personal finance record-keeping assistant. It helps you record income, spending, receipts, notes, tags, and analytics from chat messages, images, voice input, and connected bot conversations.

Jomo is not a bank, payment intermediary, e-wallet, accounting firm, tax advisor, investment advisor, credit institution, or licensed financial advisor. Jomo does not hold, transfer, lend, invest, or manage money for you.

Information shown in Jomo is for personal organization and general reference only. You are responsible for financial, tax, accounting, spending, and investment decisions you make.

You keep ownership of the messages, receipts, images, audio, notes, tags, transaction records, and other content you submit to Jomo.

You grant Jomo a limited right to host, store, process, transmit, display, and create operational copies of your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of the content you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, invasive of another person's privacy, or infringes third-party rights.

Jomo uses automated systems and AI services to interpret messages, receipt images, voice transcripts, and transaction context. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or inappropriate for your specific situation.

You must review transactions, categories, amounts, dates, analytics, and assistant responses before relying on them. You are responsible for correcting errors and confirming important information independently.

Jomo may refuse, delay, or ask for confirmation before performing actions when the request appears unsafe, unclear, abusive, or outside the intended personal finance use case.

You may use Jomo through third-party platforms such as Telegram, Zalo, or Messenger. Those platforms are not controlled by Jomo and have their own terms, privacy policies, outages, limits, and review processes.

Messages, attachments, profile identifiers, and delivery metadata may pass through those platforms before reaching Jomo. You are responsible for following each platform's rules when using Jomo through that platform.

We may use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, AI, OCR, speech-to-text, messaging delivery, security, and support. These providers may process data only as needed to support Jomo and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

You may use Jomo only for lawful personal finance and record-keeping purposes. You must not use Jomo to commit fraud, launder money, evade law enforcement, violate sanctions, impersonate others, or record information you are not allowed to process.

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, extract data that does not belong to you, interfere with the Service, overload systems, reverse engineer private APIs, upload malware, or use automated scraping without permission.

You must not send content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, harmful to minors, or intended to violate another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.

Jomo may offer free, paid, trial, beta, or limited features. If paid features are introduced, the applicable price, billing period, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase or activation.

We may update, limit, suspend, remove, or discontinue features at any time, including integrations with third-party platforms, AI models, or external providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always available access.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page or communicated through reasonable in-app or service channels. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

You may stop using Jomo at any time and may request account or data deletion through available support channels.

We may suspend or terminate access, disconnect bots, remove content, or restrict features if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, abused the Service, or used Jomo in a way that harms other users, platforms, providers, or Joy One.

After termination, some records may be retained for a limited period where required or permitted by law, for security, audit, backup, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

Jomo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joy One is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, financial losses, business interruption, or decisions you make based on Jomo output.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Joy One harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of Jomo, your connected platforms, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law rules.

If a dispute arises, the parties will first try to resolve it in good faith through support channels. If it cannot be resolved, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts or authorities in Vietnam, unless applicable law requires another forum.
